Hey! So this is the picture I've been working on for my sister Veronica aka- for her REALLY late Birthday/Christmas present It's my second project I've had this year for my Art 2 class.

It's a traditional drawing of my sister Veronica and our dog Choco (Ch-o-coh) which is the short version of chocolate in spanish. We thought he was going to be brownish like his mom but he ended up long white fur and tan spots here and there (not shown in the picture obviously cause its black and white). Lol we were NOT trying to be rascit in any way and the name suits him anyways

The grass was a pain in the butt to draw, and that abstract looking stuff behind my sis is supposed to be a branch of a tree. Choco was easy to shade cause he was mostly pure white in the reference...Vero's hair was even harder than the grass cause it's so dark (I had to keep darkening it) and it was messy (like usual ) in the picture so I made her hair look neater when I was drawing it

The picture for the refrence was taken by me last summer, in our backyard, cause I though it was funny that they where both starring at each other like that Sorry it's kinda blurry-ish our camera hates me >.< I might update this later; darken the background, and retake it in better light...

Done with regular pencil, Prismacolor pencil (darker shade), speacial drawing pencil (medium shade), and blending stump.
